Is 49 Str enough to set my DE to combo pass rusher...or should I stick with evasive? I have like 83 an 61 speed an agil.

depends on your level - but as a level 40 - you'd get pancaked all day...
with that disparity (and an obvious lower level) stay with agility right now.
