This season looks to be the biggest season of retirement ever, with plateau/decline taking place. How are you guys handling it? Recruiting a whole new squad? Farm team? Gutting and restarting? Keeping the same squad?

I know at NAN some of our guys are season 2 players so that is very good, but we also have a farm team that is getting ready to make the jump up here for a few seasons.

I'd like to keep the roster almost fully in tact in our plateau season (next). I haven't decided after that yet.

NJ is mostly S2/3 guys, so we have a little more time than most to worry about this, but we are going the farm system route, leading to minimal recruiting instead of having to find 20 new guys p much every season.

I am wondering how many teams will gut once the decline hits in full swing. Seems to me that it will get much harder overnight to keep a team from going under once that happens if you do not have a farm system set up.

I call BS. You've already got a deal with 2-3 other teams joining your team. That's not farming that's gutting/collusion. You bastards!

My guy will still be using a walker when he finally gets kicked out of USAPL.

I think that may sum up the Wolfpack actually. If we have a feeder team it's news to me.

Still have a solid source that says Run Hard Confirmed that Parma will be joining you for sure. The other 2 I won't name but I've heard about them as well.

After these 2 guys I have finish, I'm done with this game. I have really lost all interest in this game and don't find it very fun anymore.

I actually think the game is better when you have some lower level guys. You've spent all of this money already why not retire your guys and keep playing with new guys. Pick up a GM role or something. It's not too bad. It can be annoying. But for me it's the best thing to take away boredom at work when I can't do any flash style games.

I don't think it counts as gutting when you're getting relegated anyway.

Yeah, I had a lot more fun when I started building some low level players again. Doesn't take a ton of time and at least for the first few seasons you really don't have to do much of anything

Who does Shaun play for that's getting relegated?
