Definitely Vision.

Vision and strength are of equal importance for a K. Don't let strength be higher than vision though. Confidence is more important than either of those.

Strength is the most overrated attribute for kickers. It's below agility in importance.

Maybe I'm different, but I think its:

kicking > vision > strength > confidence

Bars don't necessarily mean better performance, people forget that all the time it seems.

Yes, until you get to a Pro League with mega-dedicated kick returners. At that point the value of Touchbacks is huge.

For Field Goals Str is very over-rated. But a Pro Level Kicker needs to get those Touchbacks...

Where does stamina fall in all of this?
Our guy has 9 in this attribute. He's 231/238 on extra points this season and 17/28 on field goals. The 7 missed XPs bother me and if we factor out the six 50+ FG attempts (1/6), he's still only hitting 72%. He's 1/2 form 0-19yds and 8/10 from 20-29 yd. I think these should be automatic.

I need to plan for next season and I don't think it's too late to make this guy better. What advice can I give him?

Strength 62
Vision 54
Confidence 62
Kicking 104

SA
Calm Nerves 7
Big Boot 6
Automatic 5

VA
Soccer Star 7

Regardless, you don't need much STR for touchbacks, meanwhile AGL affects both distance and accuracy.

I thought Agility was accuracy only....Good to know. Where should Agility top out? I have Kicking at 113 with Vis, Con and Str in the low 70's but only 29 Agility - how high should it be taken?

confidence is needed for kickers heaps i can't believe u would rate it that low. When attempting a kick u get nervous and hope u can get it right which sometimes can throw u off confidence stops that from happening
