Any good for a LDE. +5% shed block is certainly a good thing. The only thing that comes to mind is the potential to bust up screen plays with Swat ball

It's not bad actually. Problem is for a DE, you have so many good SAs, that you have to decide whether you're willing to not have a TV, SB, or CD piece.

Depends
How much break block % does it take to equal gain from 1 pt of shed block SA, and the type of DE build.
With 8 upgrades that becomes +21% break block. Is that < or > +5 shed block?

Anyone have any thoughts on the comparison between shed block SA vs the break block percentage?

I figure SAs work like this
1-2: +1, +2, or +3%
2-3: +2 to +4%
3-4: +3 to +5%
and so on.
So taking the middle value, +5 shed blocks would be:
+2, +2, +3, +3, +4 or +14%
higher value would be 19%
of course I could be way underestimating the SAs, or the jump could be more than 1%.
