My advice is train speed/stamina until they are both 34. Now is good time to go ahead and work DLG unless you want to save the sp to get speed up sooner once it gets to 34.

Then take speed to at least 61, and I prefer 70. vision/confidence will be on super long training at that point.

Like Rage says, 61 min, but more is better. Also you could put some points into shed blocks rather than DLG.

is this for him even as a NT????

I am going to become a free agent after this season and I think i might change him into a DT instead.
He is kind of on the small side to be a NT, 6'0 - 288 lbs

if this is the case then I will definitely get his speed up to 68 and his shed blocks will be my top priority....

If switching to DT, then speed will eventually need to go to at least 74.
