Should I retire this player and start over or can I still save the player with changes.

Retire.

He can still be effective in a not great league, if you up his agility a lot. He'll never be great.

Pull the points out of tackling and move them to agl or speed. Next season put your boost points into your pass rush tree. No more into Run tree. Its good enough.

Ditch brick wall and Helmet crash. Get heavyweight.
