Service - What?
This will be a roster eval. I will look over every player (depending on package) and give an evaluation of what they need to work on, or where they are headed. This will include Caps, training, SA's, VA's etc....

I have been on GLB since day 3 of season 2. In this time I spend roughly 2-6 hours per day during the weekdays and 2-3 during weekdays. I do a lot of reading on the forums as well as OC, Head Coach, Recruiting, Scouting, etc.... My EE Pro team the Sofia Spiders has won a League Title in AAA in Season 8. I have also OC'd and Recruited for other Title winning teams. I took a 2-14 team to a conference winner 2 seasons later. One of my strongest points has been player builds....everything from a rushing QB to a containment DE, to a distance punter. I can do it all. This fact along w/ my COF (cost of flex) has made me want to try to provide a service for cash (not a lot though, want it to be a win win for both of us).
I really enjoy looking through a roster and finding out and providing information on how a team can become better. It is fun and I am good at it, but it does take me some time so I put the two together and came up with this idea. Here is how it will work. Once you pay the fee (through paypal:I'll provide my paypal email) I will send an invite so you can have a thread and keep track of your uses. The roster eval will be completed and PM'd or Posted...it's up to you.

Referrals
If you like the service you have received and would like to refer your friends, you will get a $.50 credit (excludes K/P/Returner packages) as soon as your friend sends payment. They must however put your name as a referer in their PM for payment. There will be no limit to the total number of referrals, but there will be a $5.00 cap for your credit.
