My Oldest and Fave Player

Has over 400 TD's and over 36,000 yards through his career. Has numerous passing titles and led teams brilliantly. He is currently no1 passer in the league this season too.
Im fairly happy where he is, but the problem is I dont know how many seasons he has left, and I really would love a shot at pro before he goes downhill. He can do great things with the right team around him.
Its possible he will stay where he is, if he doesnt get the right offer, because the team is run by some nice guys, but I wanna get to pro and have a shot at the top. I believe his build should make him more than capable in most leagues.

Starting role with preferably a pro team. AAA possible if its a strong AAA team.
Forum access so I can see how active the team is.
A team who is at least balanced, or even better, pass happy.
