I never built a DT before and wanted to try something out. I went with Speed first to try and make a "Speed Rush" DT. So, should I keep him and work on fixing him or just retire him after this season. Here are his stats.

Ht/Wt: 6'3", 324lbs

yes i must agree with retiring him BUT i will tell you this, if you do want to try to build another speed DT the best way to do this would be to still cap your strength and agility first since you get so much of a bonus naturally......

well why not keep going? get speed to 74, soft cap agility, then strength, then vision, see if he can be productive at all. if he sucks, well, at least you tried something different.

thats true too, just dont spend any money on him yet..........

That's the thing. I'd want to boost him at the end of the season once signed to a Level 13 capped team as well as purchase custom equipment. What I'll probably end up doing is round him out. Cap Agility, then Strength then Tackling and go from there.

If you're going to do that I would focus on getting agility to the third cap pretty fast, then come back to strength and speed and leave tackling for later. Otherwise you're not going to be able to push any one attribute high enough to benefit you and you'll end up pretty mediocre.

Thanks. I'll focus on Agility now. It's still a toss up whether I keep him though.

Retire him eso. He will forever be way behind in STR/AGI which are the key attributes for a DT.
