Any recommendations on placing points in one ability or spreading them out? For example, when you get the 2 points when you hit lvl 25, is it better to place both in the same ability, such as soccer star or place one point in soccer star and the other one in something else?
Also, what is hoac?

I try to max one skill out before working on another....

Definitely stack them in one. I think Ks and Ps should really focus on Motivational Speaker because they're rarely on their field and it can help your team a lot. Still, it won't make your guy any better. From there, I'd say Soccer Star, and I'm planning on going to NiTC for my P after those two.

Motivational Speaker should be taken at either 1 or 2 points by your entire team. There's no reason for kickers and punters to waste such a huge amount of their total VPs on a VA that works better if it's spread out around the team anyway.

My K has Heart of a Champion and Hometown Hero both at 10 points. HH helps 8 times during the season and potentially in all 4 playoff games (depending on seeding). HH also has that little bit of extra stamina, which can't hurt. It's definitely a better investment than Laces Out or Overtime Killer, which seem to get recommended an awful lot around here.
