so how would i get Receiving up ?
catching speed agilty ? or what ?

and also if i put up carrying then my over all bar will go up right ? duh right

To get your Carrying bar up, raise Agility up to 68 and obviously work on Carrying. To get your Receiving bar up, work on Catching and Vision. Overall will go up when you start rounding out your build.

This is off the original question but how do you figure out your players true number or percent of the Scoutting report? I haven't been able to figure out what my player is "overall", "Receiving", and "carrying" other than just guessing based on where the bars are at.

if you use Mozilla Firefox for your browser
you have to install grease monkey and you will see numbers in the bars
