Its not that great of a start. I'd get a couple of points on swat ball and superior vision.
Thebiggest problem with him is that he has the same ability to catch a pick than tackle a guy. Thats bogus.
They call them strong safeties because thats what they are. As the last player of defense, you will get ran over by mediocre RBs. You have no strength or tackling. Those attributes is what make a SS. Work on those and don't worry about speed. You are way behind.
Personally, I'd retire him. Its too late to get him where you'd want him in the next 5 levels.
