Not sure what I'm going to make him...speed is about to 68 w/o EQ. Training Stam, Conf & Vision for now. Figure I'm put my SP into Str/Tackling.

I'd train vision and third cap agility myself.

Personally I'd 3rd cap agility as well. Your VAs are all over the place and I think you'd get more benefit training jumping/catching. Training attributes in their late 30s is perhaps the worst time to train them, you'd be better served just capping them.
Good news is you've probably got a pretty good LOLB for his current level, I'd use him as a cover LB in which case it would be a good idea to invest in Jack Hammer.
