I rolled a +3 vision, +1 Monster Hit piece for my level 33 SS. Is monster hit any good? I have not had any experience with it and was wondering if it is something worth having since it is at the end of the hard hitter tree.

without a doubt its probably one of the best pieces for a SS, consider yourself very lucky.
