Ok if your recruting for a team for pee wee and if you dont get enough ppl on your team do you just get cpu players thrown on your team? If you only got like 15 real players and the rest cpu is it even worth it to try and compete?
Forum > Pee Wee Leagues > Question about roster
No, it's not worth it....even using CPU's as ST players you'll still suck....

The only way to get enough people is to build up.
You have to get a team, recruit some agents.
Get some returning agents (get rid of some bad ones) for the next run,
And so forth.
If you already have an extensive network of agent friends/associates, then you may be able to come right out and play.
jbleich has done this ^^ pretty much to perfection this season.
If not, you'll need to show you can win and that way new agents can see that your team will be a good spot for their player.
This is the way ^^ we've been going at it on my team for three seasons now.

We need Bort and company to cut the leagues back to 20 or even 15. When there was 8 originally there was an over abundant of players. If you have 2 CPU players on DF you better believe the good teams will find them and run all over them all game long.

Actually, they'll probably see that you have CPUs on your roster, not bother to gameplan at all, and still beat you by 80.
A human level one destroys a cpu level 4 most times.

Peewees are fun early in the season because CPU teams really can pull the upsets early, but once the humans get to 5 or 6, then it takes horrible luck to lose to a CPU team. But there are good human players out there right up to the start of the season. I recruited almost an entire team after the second scrimmage and yet we are still 7-3. But if you do not have a full human team by game 1, then you will have to decide whether it is worth 400 FP to be mediocre.

But if you really want to have a good pee-wee team, you gotta scrape together a 40 man roster and give it a go. You'll get to know some good agents who, if you keep it fun and productive, will want to make you some players next season. Then you can get serious and start losing heartbreakers in the playoffs to the teams with experienced coordinators and builders.
If you try hard you can get close to the playoffs in most leagues that aren't league 10..
