IMO its not gutting if your players are retiring and you have a farm system.... More like reloading...

or merging...

you would pretty much need season 3 players to keep playing at a similar level. I think most teams will not be able to reload w/ the same caliber of players.

I would assume but nothing has been finalized.

I think it is awesome, but I think it could be way unfair to teams that have been in the final 4 year in and year out and either don't make it this season or sell after this season. Season 11 is the last season for some teams and if they don't make it to the final 4 this season then they will never have the chance to make it there even if they dominated their Pro league year in and year out

Well we STILL don't know how the 'decline' is going to happen.
It may be gradual over 3 seasons... in which case players that start to decline will STILL be very good for an extra season. Maybe 2.

this was needed in season 3, there were a lot of teams that started gutting because of dominating their Pro league for 3 or 4 seasons and had no where else to go, so they gutted and would all stick together and start over in a lower league, ugh,

all well at least they are finally going to do it,

Borts not gonna ever say exact numbers of the decline, hes sneaky that way. Im sure guys might try and figure it out themselves though.

But the decline is set. Next season is plateau season, starts when it hits your "B-Day". Season 12, your gonna start to see a loss in Att's when your S12 Bday comes around. Then Season 13 you will start to see a bigger loss and your gonna start thinking about retiring him. S14 hes gonna be pretty much done.

The WL should have been implemented by now though. Should be fun to watch but i dont envy the gameplanners of those teams, you got your work cut out for you.

One thing the Pro leagues will notice then, since the best teams have moved up, is that your gonna see more balance i think. Either that or the talent is just gonna all go to the WL, since anyone whos a high level is gonna just want to play for WL team.

I can already see the WL recruiting, its gonna be easy for them to score all the premium FAs.

Wasn't the world league supposed to have been implemented like in season 3? Wtf took so long?

I think in the long run this will balance out the regions more, rather than having everybody want to play in USA.
