i can go ahead and tell you what most people are going to say... focus equipment into 1 or 2 areas... and focus building to those areas as well. Probably gunna get people saying retire and look up how to build better players. It is true research helps a ton. check out the glbwiki page and build forums for your position.

retire and start over. put all sp's into speed and train agility/vision until you either 2nd or 3rd cap speed (depending if you want a possesion receiver or speedster). cap agility while training catching/vision or jumping. ALL equipment on either speed or split between speed and catching...Period.
