Depending on your finances I would look to redistribute some of your equipment points so that your player has more of a 80 80 80 balance between agility,block and str .If you can do that then I would add new sps into taking protector up to 10 and taking confidence to the first cap then after that I would take speed to the next cap .
My lot has a similar build with high blocking but now I am adding new equipment points into str since I can not afford to change whole pieces .
