Well, I've seen worse. You didn't state which position you want to play so I'll give you some basic guidelines.

1.) Put points into speed until 60 w/o equipment
2.) Put points into agility until 60 w/o equipment
3.) Put points into vision until 60 w/o equipment
4.) Put points into strength until 60 w/o equipment
5.) Put points into tackling until 60 w/o equipment

Put equipment into speed if you want to play OLB or strength if you want to play MLB.

Linebackers should never put equipment in anything other than speed/agility. Strength is best used by lineman, on both sides of the ball.

Serg - so the teams you play against do not have any blocking tight ends, blocking fullbacks, or powerbacks? What type of league do you play in?

I shared a similar thought process earlier in my day as well. I now know though that MLBs don't need nearly as much speed and agility as say a ROLB. After seasons of playing this game, I have come to find that MLBs do benefit quite a bit from having a good deal of strength. For example, my team's level 61 LB that has 80+ strength who happened to win Defensive MVP in USA AA4 last season. Easily one of the best AA leagues in GLB, I will stick to my argument that MLBs need a good deal of strength.

Fair point, hard to argue with results like that, silly on my part to make such a sweeping generalization. Maybe in my 50's or 60's I'll come around to that mentality but for now I'm happy to keep investing in speed/agility.
