What is the best advanced equip for an ss? Also waht should i look for: +SA or +%?

monster hit, super vision are both great

Closing speed and monster hit are two of the best since they're both valuable and at the end of the tree (saves more SP). Supervision is a highly saught after SA but closer in the tree

so since im planning on investing more in the coverage tree... i should avoid the hard hitter tree when it comes to AeQ...correct?

I wouldn't say avoid it--but you'll probably find Super Vision/Closing Speed more valuable. Change Direction is also solid, but it's at the beginning of the tree and thus doesn't actually save you all that much.

I have both on my guy. I'll shop for SV as the third piece. I don't ask for much.

I think you're best off picking 2 really good pieces of AeQ (+3 in major attribute and +1 good SA) and then just boosting them real high rather than getting 3 pieces that are only boosted slightly
