I'm surprised that Strength is so low on the totem pole here. Am I missing something or don't you need some strength for longer FG's?

Strength has such low natural gains opposed to Kicking/Confidence and terrible Intense training pairs compared to Agility/Vision, so it's best saved for last. Also it's pretty overrated for kickers, 60 is usually enough if you invest in Big Boot/Booming Kick as well.
