Hows the build so far, been mostly building up Speed and Agility to 4th Cap

Looking pretty good for L19. It's time for your guy to shore up the drops though, I'd suggest training right away on jumping/catching - and work to get both at least over 40. Getting catching into the 40's and eventually thhe 48 soft-cap will wipe out most of your drops, getting jumping over 40 gives you the ability to add the Ball Hawk VA once your WR is over L25.

In addition, it's probably best to get your agility to 68 and vision to 60.

You probably don't need to spend any more points in your SA trees until you're in the upper L20's and into next season, IMO.
