On a scale of 1-10 (in perspective of a level 16 player), I'd say a 6.
He's on the right track, but you've spent too much time on stamina. When your guy is this low of a level, alternating training between some of his secondary attributes will give him the biggest gain. By now that middle bar should be light green. Keep spending your SP's on speed and keep agility 2/3 of the total speed to maintain top speed. You can level him out if you start training confidence, jumping, and catching for a while, at least into the 20's.

I trained that stamina to that high
you can see that I want all the plays during a game to myself.

But what are you going to train confidence with now that stamina is so high? I mean I guess you could continue with the sta/con or vis/con
