I know the obvious answer is yes, but hear me out...

Assume a lvl 50 slow built WR which can produce (equipped)
100 speed
85 agility
68 catch
60 vision
50 jump, carry, confidence, stamina

Also consider Bort has said some SAs lose their value as your base skills get too high. I'd put run route, 1st step, and probably quick cut and sticky hands in this group.

Jump catch, diving catch, 1 hand only seem to be valuable if you have a bad QB, so hopefully you don't need those.

Head fake, spin, and juke are OK, but how often do they really fire? Most of the time you're tackled right after the catch unless you're team runs a lot of screens or short crossing routes but those rarely break for big gains. Head fake at least can activate during the route so I'd give that a bonus over the others, but is it better than taking vision to 68? Or jump or carry to 60?

No.

Quick cut, however, is cheaper than pumping agility super-high.

Possession SA's are worthless IMO.

You really have to get catching past the second cap and then get the SAs above 5 for them to really work. Even then, they aren't great, but they will help.
