5/10. it jsut looks like this could end up being too balaced a build. i would have 4 capped speed and u can still do that, u jsut wont be capitalizing on gains as much. also did u put points in stamina? there is no need for that high stamina at this point IMO and u dont need to touch it for quite a while.
