I would train sta/con until they are around 30 while adding new sps to throwing until its a natural 68 then add points into vision and train str .Then you can decide which order you want to cap str or confidence after you get throwing to 68 and vision to at least 61 or 68 preferably hold off on SA until much later . Your off to a good start keep up the good work .
