Football Genius is a great value, especially if it's up to 70 natural. I might switch something over to that once vision gets around 70.

Ball hawk, long reach, showboat, third down stopper, prime time player, second wind, red zone freak, jackhammer and power tackler if you're into that.
Lots of stuff to consider before taking +5 vision...

70 vision is fine, but I don't know if 75 is necessary vs something else is all I'm saying. lol
If you want 75 I think allocating equipment to get 75 is a better option than spending an entire 15 va points on it.

Out of the VAs you mentioned, only Ball Hawk, Long Reach, and 3DS are really solid options for a shutdown corner.
I would easily take Football Genius over any of the others, and I'm a huge fan of Jackhammer.
