So since my team is out of the playoffs due to a four game skid at the end of the season, i was wondering who everyone thought was the best of the teams that didnt make the playoffs and why?

they are gonna be bailed out with the new chemistry changes for season 3. they will gain 45 in just the offseason and 8 per day over the first 4 games so the dub allstars will have no chemistry effects by mid season so watch out they will be a force
