ok so i know the obvious skills:

Punting, Confidence, Vision, and Strength. i plan to go to 68 in all of those in that order. are there any other skills that are any use for a Punter?

1) I wouldn't build your guy that way
2) Agility
3) Jumping, to a lesser extent
4) lol, capslock.

so why wouldn't you build a punter that way?

looks like your kickier is heading in that direction.

Punter= Punting, Vision, Strength, Confidence.

Doesnt hurt to increase Speed, Agility and Stamina when you get all the other to the 5th cap.

Stamina is trash, not sure how speed would help you.

How important would agility be for a Punter. I currently have a +1 Punting Calm nerves pieces, but I just rolled a +3 Agility Calm Nerves pieces which is better?

I would assume the +Punting one.

I generally agree with your advice, except the last statement. No evidence to me that you get any less value out of getting your punting to 140, imho.

My point is that there are more important things to spend on than kicking at that level. A 140 kicking guy at level 32 would have no confidence or vision. I don't have a problem with a 140 kicking guy at level 56, though (with the 19 points made up from equipment and natural level increases).

I think that 140 punting (with equip) by level 56 would be the start of a very impressive build. Before that would be too early, I agree.
