Natural speed is 72.11. I stopped at 68. You think I should have went to 74? I've seen differing opinions. Some say go all the way to 80, I just feel like it's to much of a sacrifice to go that high(80).

very similar build to my level 26 HB and the build has worked well for me....i have speed to 76.85 natural and i'm stopping now.....my AGI is only 1 point above yours but i agree with Nuge20 as I'm getting that up a few more points.....
