Much more speed, agility, vision, and jumping required. Decent strength and tackling for level, but not tremendous. Get speed into 80s or preferably 90s, agility in 70s or even low 80s, vision to 68, jumping into high 30s low 40s (diving tackles). Salvagable, but needs some work. Would suggest playing at MLB and focusing all of those va's with just one into natural leader probably.

the high spending on SAs early in his career hurts quite a bit.
