How good is Blitz in the AEQ for a LB??

Depends on how often the LB blitzes.

this year he's a ROLB.....i can choice between blitz,closing speed and quick cut.....what's the better?

closing speed I would think

If you want sacks get blitz. If you want tackles get closing speed. I don't really like any of the choices. Look for super vision, aura of intimidation, first step, or a +% to make tackle chance.

Quick Cut is by far the best choice, IMO.
