I own a team, ( will own another one after this season), OC for a AAA team, Plus my own, Dc for a pee wee team (Currently in a hiatus & not recruiting players) , and was the DC for TWO teams last yeat that made it to the conference finals

Im looking for a new DC on my lvl 38 capped minor league team. Our AI needs an overhaul though as its just basic settings and a little bit done for first quarter only. Would you be willing to help? We have lost key games becuase of this.
