from what ive read, you would need to have 74-77 speed minimum without EQ to be considered a burner [as well as all eq in speed]

for a burner you are on the right track. Keep pumping speed to 77-80 to be a burner. Every thing else will suffer but you want burner that is what you need to get to, 80.
