Straight from the build guide:

Write-up #14a: Starting MLB

1. Speed to 68-cap while intense training agility/vision
2. Agility to 68-cap while intense training strength/tackling
3. Tackling to 48-cap while intense training vision/confidence
4. Strength to 48-cap while intense training vision/confidence
5. Vision to 48-cap while intense training jumping/catching
6. Confidence to 48-cap while intense training jumping/catching
7. Put SP in SAs: Tons of points in to Aura of Intimidation.

All equipment in speed.

Write-up #14b: Backup MLB

1. Speed to 68-cap while intense training agility/vision
2. Agility to 68-cap while intense training vision/confidence
3. Tackling to 48-cap while intense training vision/confidence
4. Strength to 48-cap while intense training vision/confidence
5. Vision to 48-cap while intense training jumping/catching
6. Confidence to 48-cap while intense training jumping/catching
7. Put SP in SAs: Tons of points in to Defense General.

All equipment in speed.

This is designed to not only demoralize the heck out of the RB, but also give the defense periodic boosts to morale and stamina when the backup MLB rotates in.

are they any proof that -moral SA actually work

depends what you mean by "work". do they reduce morale? yes, somewhat. do they help you win games? no, not really.

The truth is I really don't know just yet as those SAs don't become a factor for me until at least another 10 levels, I have much more important areas to focus on atm.
However I will say that QB's that get sacked a lot (ie. have low morale) tend to make poor decisions that usually result in bad passes or even turnovers, so I guess it makes sense to invest in morale reduction.

MLB IMO

Roll him tall and heavy with 8's in worthless attributes.

Put him in the d-leagues. boost at the end of the season

Train speed and agility together till they are 28 each. Fill the bar to 91-98% cap both speed and agility at the same time.

Switch to training STR and Tackling till they are both 28. While you are training them bring speed to 61, agility to 61, then 68, then speed to 68. By this time STR will be 28-30ish. Cap STR. Leave the bar full at 91-98% on STR

Train vision and Confidence till vision is 28. Cap that. Go back to str to 61. Then cap tackling.

train jumping and stamina here and there, when stamina becomes a problem.

while you are leveling Put all your equipment in speed which should bring you to 92 speed with +4 in all your equipment +6 custom, by about level 25.

at 92 speed take your custom out of speed and put it in agility(or just put it in agility to begin with), put your level 32 upgrades in agility. You will have 86 speed and 81 agility at this point. (perfect for a MLB.) he should naturally gain 90 speed 85 agility from here.

Go for 68 str and 61 tackling.

Personally I want a hard hitter. I am going with things like power tackler and helmet crash. I found an A.E. in monster hit. Now hoping to find a defense general. Going to pump Monster hit and defense general to a natural 8 later.

If you don't want a hard hitting MLB (i dont see a reason why you wouldn't) then figure out what route you want to take from there.

There's your perfect MLB for free. If you need any advice or have questions, feel free to PM me.

Is having 61 speed/agility with no equipment in it just going to be too slow? With my guy (build above) I plan on capping agility, then speed, then double capping agility, then speed, then capping vision, then triple capping tackling, then triple capping strength (both are trained to around 95% and I will use that once they are triple capped) then double capping vision (this should all be done at about 43), then moving to monster hit SA while using force fumble % aeq. Even though he will have about 100 tackling and 70 strength by the time he is lvl 40, will the mid 60s speed/agility just be too slow? I know he won't do much damage to outside runs but hopefully he would be able to stuff the middle.

That's a bigger problem than you think
