Want to build an OLB/pass rushing LB

I am trying to get agility to the next cap and right now i am training vision and confidence.
Is Vision more important or confidence?

i Think i did some $hit with the SAs, its my first player

maybe you can give me some help!

For now, stop putting SPs into SAs or Tackling.

1. second cap agility
2. cap vision
3. third cap agility, then speed
4. second cap vision
5. cap tackling

Training is a bit more fuzzy, but I'd continue with vis / con until vision is capped, then switch to jumping / stamina until jumping is over 20 (a must for coverage) and stamina is at least 25. Then Strength / Jumping until strength is capped.
Also, I like to train Stamina / Confidence every off season to avoid neglecting them.

Some will say a pass rusher will need more strength to shed blocks, but with the proliferation of great DE's and their quickness at getting to the QB, my experience is pass rushing LBs are taking back seat, and would thus avoid early attention to strength for any OLB.

Lay off of SA's until: Speed and Agility are third capped, vision and tackling are second capped, and strength is capped. by then you should be training jumping / catching and can cap jumping, take vision to low 60's, and strength to mid 50s.

additionally, while it's still cheap, consider moving your tackling eq (unless it's AEQ) to agility or speed.

This has worked for me. YMMV.

Agreed, although I might substitute strength for tackling. Strength helps even when there is no contact made. But you need STR and TAK to at least 50 eventually.
