I have a pass rushing DE that has 55 strength. He has high speed and agility but I have a chance at getting a piece of special equipment that has +2 in agility and strong base. So I was wondering if it would benefit my DE to buy that piece equipment.

+2 attribute points and a decent SA is always good to grab. But if you truly want to take full advantage of Strong Base you need to up your strength to 70s at minimum

Strong base and wall suck if you're going for a sack machine.
Strong base is really good for nothing.
