Since season 2 I have done every gameplan, AI, play creator for every Gurupie game. To top that off I also have partially ran 4 other teams in our network. To lessen the load some and let me focus on offense more, I wanted to gauge interest if any great Defensive coordinators are out there and looking to run Indy's D. I assure you we have solid builds across the board on D and I know with the right mind we could be a top 5 defense. Nothing is official yet if I wanna do this, but like I said is there anybody out there interested? If you want to post here you can or PM me.

I feel your pain, jtserb...Was in that exact same situation for all but a brief stint for the 1st 7 ssns, including running the O on several other teams. It's a flat out bitch

Good luck. I wish i knew more about AI and stuff to help Cav out since he's in the same situation you are. I tried helping my buddy's team last season to get more used to it but i pretty much suck so can't help much.
You can always just hire SI don't forget

Its very tough trying to find DC or OC cannot seem to get really experienced ones. The strain of running both sides pretty much burns you out on this game. Lightning could use more help as well
