Rules:
1. There is a 32 team max.
2. Seeding will be random.
3. The tournament will be single elimination.
4. Your team must be in a level 31 capped league.
5. First place gets 10 bucks to cover expenses via paypal.
6. In the event that teams get first round bye's, these will be given out, in random positioning, to the team(s) with the highest overalls. In the event that there is a tie for a bye spot, a team will be chosen at random.

By signing up for this tournament, you are giving us priority over fet's tournament if he chooses to raise it from the dead..
