Yes, I think so. Or at least you make him feel hurry pressure sooner.
But along with shed block (the only one I'd personally invest in) there is also first step, but you have to use AEQ to get it.

I think Shed Block is the only pass-rushing native SA that is useful, IMO. If only First Step was in that tree.....
