I'm trying to build one that will out do my husbands and need some advice. My plans were for a pass rushing LB.
Should I work on strength, tackling, vision or something else and in what order?

id say cap vision and train stamina and confidence

Here's how I'd advise one of my players:

1) Cap tackling to 48 while training Vision/confidence
2) Cap Vision to 48 while training confidence/stamina

I'd do vision, tackling, then agility, then vision. Train stamina and jumping or confidence.
