Here's the final set of rankings.

When you bitch about where your team is, just remember that this is a collection of the stats for the entire season. Therefore, teams who have improved dramatically as the season wore on, will likely be under-ranked, where those who overachieved early on and faltered towards the end will likely be over ranked.
