You should see what my RPI looks like this early - completely broked until everyone plays at least 2 different opponents. It's got KKAR as #1 for now with a perfect 1.000 rpi.

I would throw preseason out completely. I know for a fact some teams intentionally don't show their plays in then and many players don't boost until game 1 comes around.

I prefer including preseason (weighted at .5 reg season), team talent and lifetime record. So here's that.
