Thats what i was thinking as well, if you are going by pancakes, they are nowhere near Farkistan (nobody is) if he is going by rushing yards he may have a point, since they were the best rushing offense, but when you rank lines you have to take into account pass blocking, and they gave up 3 more sacks than farkistan and 7 more hurries.

I don't think it's as simple as just "pancakes", but even if it were, my team's OL boasts the following numbers despite a 3 man rotation at both OG and OT:

C Eddy Connolly 20
G Pablo Santangelo 76
G Ron Wooten 65
T Phillip Plante 31
T Roosevelt Lincoln 28

For a total of 220 pancakes which is EXACTLY the number your OL had (for some reason you sold your own man, Bart Shell, short--he actually has 94). My reserves show no more dropoff in performance than yours: T-Kennedy Jefferson (26), G-Mikhail Bork (43) and C-Howard Staunton (16) with a total of 85 vs. your trio of T-Glam Rock (17), G-Human Pancake (29) and C-"Burger" Brutoski (33) for a total of 79. I'd call that essentially a wash.

Total pancakes by ANY OL on either team shows your OL with 345 and my OL with 338--hardly an overwhelming difference.

You may well have the best OL in the conference--I certainly don't maintain that mine is the best--but I don't think pancakes as a sole parameter are a legitimate way to measure OL performance.

It seems like sacks allowed, hurries, pancakes, and rushing average would be a good indicator. Some combination of those attributes.
