Where would you suggest putting EQ for a LDE? He's already 3rd capped strength and 1st capped speed. (He's Level 16). Way, way back, strength was the answer; however, now, even the LDEs speed rush, and some aren't built to hold up against the run.

If he's 3rd capped then Str + heavyweight will be where you get your production from, so you got to put your equipment in it.
