5/10 theres something odd about this. r u holding sp back? it seems like this would be a great build for a lvl 22 CB but not lvl 29. lacking agility for lvl. start puttig equip in agility and 3rd cap it.

I'd say 3rd Cap Agility first, then Cap Vision (Later taking it to the 2nd or 3rd Cap)
