Heavyweight is a waste for you as a VA. He is an agility DE, which I prefer. Get rid of the 11 in heavyweight. I would say Pass Rusher only fires on 3rd and 4th down, you do have it high enough to be a beast on 3rd downs that are passing which if you like I say keep, but I. I personally have some in hard hitter mianly because my ADV EQ has a forced fumble attached to it, and with my VAs and ADV, I am at +32% right now.
3-4 on jump snap, helped my guy, my vision is very close to yours.
Rest in tack star or quick, atleast you know they fire everyplay.

How about Red Zone Freak?

5% boost in all attributes by 5% each level. 15 pts = 75% chance in boosting 5% of all attributes in BOTH Red Zones (where it counts the most!)
