how so? There are 10 special abilities. Which would you focus on when building a coverage corner?

You'll find that it's pretty universal what people think the best SAs for a shutdown corner.
Shutdown Corner > Super Vision > Change Direction > First Step

I'll go ahead and say that you need 0 CD if your agility is high enough
And you'll need 0 FS even if your speed sucks
And I will be flamed to death for saying that you don't need SDC or SV either as long as your core attributes are solid

I would say SV, SDC, and CD. Yeah you dont need CD if your "core agility" is high enough. But your core would have to be pretty damn high. like 90+.
SDC is always good no matter what, it just isnt really "necessary"
Yeah I say FS sucks too. Actually I dont think many people really like it at all for corners. SV, SDC, CD, and SB are my favs. Although I haven't really experimented with SB. I jus like the idea of it.

Swat ball is nice. The fact that so many agents are looking to build corners with the goal of getting pds ignore a skill them gives them a straight increase in the chance of getting a pd astounds me.

are you fucking retarded? my level 37's have 100 speed and 8 super vision. never said anything like that.

ok sorry for the insult. I get defensive when people put words in my mouth.

If you read over all the advice on the corner forums I have ever gave you would see I highly recommend s.a's

Speed is pretty important for a corner still.

A lot of people got lost with the agility update.

100 speed can run with 70 agility fine.
110 can run with 80 agility fine.

having 100 speed and 80 agility would be better than 95/85 or 90/90. imo.

But I don't necessarily play close coverage.

Basically if you want to shut down a w.r. and be bored then get 90/90 and sdc and blah blah. have fun with that.

If you want to shut down a receiver and get int's play 100/80 medium coverage (-33 now) and aggressive. more fun to me.

either way is fine. It's just a matter of tastes. I find more speed exciting. don't take the advice if you don't want to.

But don't say I value speed over everything.

I still value vision, super vision, and football genius very highly, a long with agility.

Its all in good fun bro. I just hoped on the bandwaggon and played around. Didnt wanted to get under your skin so dont take it all to serious
