What are the best SA's or % bonuses you should go for? Also is percentage bonuses good or no?

Well I have a speed WR, And I was wondering what are the best SA's for him to get with AE if I manage to find it. Also are the percentage increases for catching, speed etc. good?

Might be hard to get FS or QC with Speed, but if you do take it without thinking twice. I didn't get that lucky with my AEQ. It got it as a +3 Jumping with +1 QC piece. Pretty good if you ask me.

3 agility, 1 speed, and 5% fake chance -- took it with out blinking!
Percentages are great IMO, I have that piece up to 15% chance to fake now and rising.
Getting ones with SAs are good as well but it is hard to find a combo you want. I have another with the SA in Spin but spin doesnt fire often so it isnt as good as my fake percentage one.

Quick Cut reduces the speed lost during a cut, great for fast people who might be slowed down by a cut. Won't make a difference if you don't have any speed to lose.
I wonder if there is a similar issue with this as there was with FS. Is it possible to have so much agility that you don't receive a significant benefit from Quick Cut? E.G., If 10 Quick cut allows a guy with 60 agility to maintain 80% (random number for the example) of his speed during a cut and a 100 agility guy can cut while maintaining 100% of his speed (again random number) without QC, the 100 agility guy wouldn't see any benefit by taking it. Bort changed FS because he did not predict "crazy high agility," was QC rendered obsolete as well by crazy high agility?
Route Run is a flat speed/agility bonus. I presume to be a cost beneficial savings for people over the 3rd cap as that is where it would make the most sense and really only acts as an SP saving way to boost Speed/Agility for slow guys past the 3rd cap. The 2nd statement is my unsubstantiated opinion based on what it would take to make the bonus worthwhile as compared to straight pointing the attributes.

I got +3 speed and 5% fake (upgraded to 15%), put a couple SP in to Head fake this offseason. Olny 6 catches so far this preseason, and on this play these 2 defenders were faked out.
