If you had SPD/AGI/STR all at 61 and VIS/TAK at 30 and you'd plan to get SPD/AGI/STR to 68 would you do that prior to soft capping VIS and/or TAK at 48?

Or would you cap whatever is next to cap, no matter if it's the 2:1, 3:1 or 4:1-cap?

I think i will go the "big3 to 68"-route, but can be talked out of it.

Thanks for any input!

Sounds like you've been doing a text book build so far.

However if you decide to keep going with the 'big 3' you'll basically need 7x3x3=60ish SPs (with auto leveling) to get those 3 to the 3rd cap. Which means you'll get there in about 12 levels which should make you around lvl37-38. Meanwhile your vision/tackling will remain somewhere around the mid 30's.
The only job you will get in the mean time is a backup ROLB because no team will take a chance on someone who can't tackle and is extremely easy to fake out.
However by the mid 40s you will be a Pro Bowler. I guess it depends if you can wait for another 4 or 5 seasons.

My advice would be to get your Vision/Tackling to 48 before you 3rd cap SPD/AGI and I'm guessing like most of us you have neglected confidence along the way, so not a bad idea to start intense training that very soon.
If you go down this path your owner/s will love you and you will be a much more productive team player and still have a pretty damn good build.

Anyway that's just my 2 cents

I'd probably soft cap vis/tck. It takes ~18 SP to soft cap, versus 21 or 24 SP to get from the second to third cap. So you're giving up a level's worth of free gains.

For MLB's, tackling is part of the "big 3" well rather big 4. So yeah, cap tck and vis next, then work on bringing Agility and Strength to 68. After this, go back and bring Tck and Vis to 61, before working on bringing spd to 68.
